Step 1: Choose the shape of lightbulb you need

Step 2: Select the right base for your light fitting
Lightbulbs can have different bases, so make sure you check your fitting to determine if you need a screw base, pin base, bayonet or other type.
Step 3: Select the brightness you need
With a new generation of lightbulbs and technology advances the way brightness is measured may be confusing. You may hear the term ‘Lumens’, but be more familiar with the team ‘Wattage’. The basic rule is the higher the lumens, the brighter the light, whilst the wattage measures the energy usage.
